Engagement in meaningful employment is a significant aim of Dream the Pathways.  For this reason, regional business development and employment markets are researched and followed closely, and partnerships are developed with local employers.  Post-employment support is provided to ensure participants have what they need to settle into this new and significant stage of their lives.
