Employment

Engagement in meaningful employment is a significant aim of Dream the Pathways, and particularly for the JPET and IYMP programs.  For this reason, regional business development and employment markets are researched and followed closely, and partnerships are developed with local employers.  Post-employment support is provided to ensure participants have what they need to settle into this new and significant stage of their lives.
