Dream the Pathways also assists homeless or at risk young people aged 16 to 21 years by moving them from a state of crisis or homelessness in to safe, stable and independent living. 

Youth Accommodation Service

The program assists people who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless to achieve the maximum possible degree of self-reliance and independence by providing transitional supported accommodation and a range of related support services. This service is based on a brokerage model whereby the service uses funds to purchase resources or accommodation that empower individuals to improve their quality of life.

Centacare provides young people with ongoing support, advocacy and referrals and aims to ensure the safety and well-being of the young people of the community.
